Today we passed a Japanese war ship - The Kunasaki.. To honor this ship all the Navy personnel stood at attention along the railing as the ship passed. It was pretty cool to see. Also along the rail of the Japanese ship were their sailors standing at attention to honor the Mercy. This Japanese ship had a amphibious landing opening at the back and they launched a massive hover craft and it came alongside the Mercy and did some maneuvers with spinning and racing back and forth. It was crazy cool. I have never seen anything like it. It would have been super fun to be on one of those. They definitely could sell some tickets to any thrill seeking individual.
